The ARO 637369 Air Section Service and Repair Kit is a replacement service kit designed for the air section of compatible ARO industrial pumps, including model series PX20 and PX30 non-metallic 2" and 3" double diaphragm pumps. This kit includes the necessary replacement U-cup packings, track gaskets, O-rings, check valve diaphragms, and specialized Lubriplate® FML-2 grease required to completely overhaul and maintain both the pilot valve and major air control valve assemblies within the pump's center body. Designed to handle maximum air pressure, this kit helps restore proper pneumatic sealing and smooth cycling, while relying on internal grease rather than external air line lubrication for optimal seal protection. For a successful installation, center body and valve components should be properly torqued during reassembly, and care should be taken to avoid solvent-based additives that can degrade internal seals.
