The ARO E2P10-AAAAA-AA-A0A is a 1-inch EVO 210 Series electric diaphragm pump designed for dependable fluid transfer and batching applications without the need for compressed air. Its aluminum wetted construction, combined with Santoprene® seats, valve balls, and diaphragms, provides a durable fluid-handling configuration for industrial and process applications.
Powered by a 2 HP (1.5 kW), 4-pole electric motor and an i = 12.5 gearbox, this model converts rotary motor motion into reciprocating diaphragm movement for efficient electric operation. The pump includes visual leak detection and secondary containment designed to help isolate process fluid from the actuator and drive mechanism in the event of diaphragm leakage. Its compact design, serviceable fluid section, and electric drive make it well suited for transfer, batching, recirculation, and other process applications where compressed air is unavailable or electric operation is preferred.
Application suitability should be confirmed based on the specific fluid, concentration, temperature, viscosity, chemical compatibility, solids content, and operating conditions. Because this model contains aluminum wetted components, it must not be used with halogenated hydrocarbon solvents that may react with aluminum or with food products intended for human consumption. Maximum temperature limits are based on mechanical stress only, and certain chemicals can significantly reduce the maximum safe operating temperature.
