P/N PD20P-FPS-PTT ARO 2" Polypropylene Non-Metallic Expert Series Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump

The ARO PD20P-FPS-PTT is a 2-inch Non-Metallic Expert Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump engineered for high-volume, dependable fluid handling in corrosive chemical processing and wastewater applications. Featuring a rugged polypropylene casing paired with stainless steel hardware, polypropylene seats, PTFE valve balls, and PTFE / Santoprene® diaphragms (with Santoprene® backing), it provides exceptional chemical resistance and long service life.

Built for reliable pneumatic operation, this pump features ARO's patented SimulShift™ "unstallable" air valve and Quick Dump™ exhaust technology to eliminate stalling and prevent cold-weather freezing. Its bolted construction ensures leak-free fluid containment and simplified field maintenance, making it well suited for aggressive chemical transfer, acid and caustic handling, wastewater treatment, and pumping compatible fluids with small suspended solids.

Application suitability should be confirmed based on fluid chemical compatibility, operating temperature, viscosity, and process conditions. Note: Maximum temperature limits are based on mechanical stress only; certain chemicals can significantly reduce safe operating ranges.
