The ARO PH10A-ASS-STT is a metallic 1-inch, 3:1 high-pressure air-operated double-diaphragm pump designed for demanding fluid-transfer and high-pressure process applications. Its aluminum center section and stainless steel fluid caps, manifold, and hardware, combined with 316 stainless steel seats, PTFE valve balls, and PTFE diaphragms, provide a durable fluid-handling configuration for industrial service.
The 3:1 high-pressure design is capable of producing fluid outlet pressures up to 300 psig (20.4 bar) with a maximum air inlet pressure of 100 psig (6.9 bar). ARO identifies this high-pressure pump family for applications including filter press feeding, paint transfer and recirculation, coatings, inks, adhesives, filled materials, drilling grout, caulking, solvent reclamation, and resins. Its compact design provides a high-pressure pumping option for industrial process and OEM applications where elevated discharge pressure is required.
Application suitability should be confirmed based on the specific fluid, concentration, temperature, viscosity, chemical compatibility, solids content, and operating conditions. Maximum temperature limits are based on mechanical stress only, and certain chemicals can significantly reduce the maximum safe operating temperature.
